Setting up an account – If you are a new user

If you have previously registered for this event or any of our other events, your log in details will stay the same across all our FluidReview sites.

Step 1: Go to https://wrbookings.theconvenienceawards.com

 

Step 2: Click ‘Register’ under the ‘Create an account’ header.

 

 

Step 3: Fill out the below details and press ‘Create Account’ at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 4: You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Make sure you click on this link to activate your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in using the below process.

Please note: Emails from FluidReview may automatically be sent to your spam or junk folder. Please make sure you check these folders. If you have not received an email within 2 hours please contact Jessica Harris on 01293 610 354 or by email Jessica.Harris@wrbm.com.

Signing in

Step 1: Enter the email address your account is registered with and the corresponding password in the ‘Sign In’ box below.

Completing your Entrant Details form

Step 1: You will now be on your account home page. From here you need to begin filling out your Entrant Details form. Click ‘Start’ next to the form.

 

 

Step 2: Please fill out your details in the below form.

 

 

Step 3: Once you have completed your contact details please tell us where you heard about our awards and ensure you have accepted our terms of entry. To review these please refer to https://www.theconvenienceawards.com/terms-of-entry/. Click ‘Save and Continue’ at the bottom of the form.

 

Please note, once this form is submitted you will not be able to make any changes to it online. Please contact the Event Team if you wish to make an alteration.

Adding entries to your account

Step 1: From your account home page click ‘View Categories’.

 

 

If you are adding 1 entry

Step 2: You will now see a list of all of the categories. To add one entry into a category click ‘Create Entries’ next to that category. You will then be taken straight to your entry form. If at any point you would like to enter anymore into the same or a different category you just need to click ‘View Categories’ from your home page to access the list again.

 

 

If you are adding multiple entries

Step 2: Please edit the quantity box next to the first category and select ‘Create Entries’. A note will appear at the top of the screen once the entries have been added to your account. To add more into a different category follow the same steps. Once you have added all the entries your require click ‘View my List’ at the top of the page.

Completing your entries

Step 1: From your account home page click edit next to one of your entries.

 

 

Step 2: Click ‘Start’ next to your ‘Category Awards Entry Form’.

 

 

Step 3: Please answer all the relevant questions. A full list of all the questions and word counts for each category are at the end of the help guide. Once you have completed all the information, click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the form. This may take you to another set of questions/uploads depending on which category you are entering, details of which will be displayed at the end of this guide.

 

Please note the above screen shots do not show all of the questions you will need to answer or the relevant photo/document uploads. Full details of this for each category, is provided at the end of the guide.

Uploading a photo

Step 1: For each category you may be asked to upload some photos and/or supporting documents. To do this you just need to click ‘Choose file’ under the upload task.

 

 

Step 2: You will then be able to pick the file you would like to upload from your computer or device. Once chosen the photo will show next to the choose file button.

Please note the above screen shots do not show all of the questions you will need to answer or the relevant photo/document uploads. Full details of this for each category, is provided at the end of the guide.

 

 

Step 3: Once your form is complete please ensure you click the ‘Submit’ button to ensure you entry is judged.

 

 

Step 4: Click ‘Continue’.

 

Your entry is now complete. Please follow the above steps to complete any of your other entries.
